CANCELLATION POLICIES AND TRIP PROTECTION
Cancellation Safeguard Policy: (CSP)
With the purchase of CSP, if the trip is canceled for any reason, either by the individual or the school all monies will be refunded, minus the cost of the CSP policy or nonrefundable fees *CSP protects each participant’s financial investment.
Individual CSP Cost: $129 Per Student, $159 Per Adult.
*Non Refundable Items- Airfare, theater tickets, dinner cruise/dinner theater tickets, late fees, NSF, credit card charges, Trip Add-on such as t-shirts.
Standard Individual Cancellation Policy: This policy is for every participant who travels with First Class Tours and chooses not to purchase the Cancellation Safeguard Protector (CSP). You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund within 5 days following your initial deposit payment. Beyond the 5 day grace period, if you, the trip sponsor, or school administration cancels YOUR reservation for any reason, First Class Tours will base your refund from the schedule below:
*COVERAGE includes everything EXCEPT the cost of the CSP, non-refundable fees and non-refundable vendor deposits made on your behalf.
Substitutions: Trip sponsors may make substitutions up until the trip departure date but only if the trip count meets the requirement for pricing. The new participant must pay in full before a refund is made to the dropped participant. The dropped participant forfeits the $50 transfer fee and will be responsible for additional charges if the change results in an additional room or a room change. The trip sponsor must authorize the change in writing prior to the change.
Release: First Class Tours Inc. its employees, shareholders, officers, and directors
do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your trip, including but not limited to lodging facilities, transportation companies, sightseeing companies, entertainment or food and drink providers. As a result,
First Class Tours is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or
failure to act of any other person or entity it does not own or control. First Class Tours is not liable for the financial default or insolvency of any supplier which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip.
Similarly, First Class Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, or inconvenience due to delay or changes in the schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of third party, attacks or bites by animals, insects or pests, injury or death while activities sponsored by other third parties, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same. First Class Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or change in majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause out of First Class Tours control. Prices are based on a minimum number of seats filled per coach and are subject to change. Price subject to change.
Trip Price/Fixed Costs: Fixed costs are trip expenses that remain unchanged regardless of the number of trip participants. Fixed Costs may include non-refundable tickets such as theater tickets and airfare, motor coach, nighttime security guards, and guide services. If the trip count falls below the originally budgeted counts set by the trip sponsor, the trip price may be altered to cover the transportation expenses or other fixed expenses.
